SHIPPING POLICY
PROCESSING TIME
All orders require 1–10 business days for processing after purchase, excluding weekends and holidays.
Processing includes:

• Inventory confirmation
• Quality inspection
• Secure packaging
Lavesti operates with careful attention to detail. During high-demand periods, processing times may extend slightly.
Orders cannot be canceled once placed.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Once shipped, you will receive tracking confirmation via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates.
Delivery timelines are carrier estimates and are not guaranteed.
Lavesti is not responsible for delays caused by:
• Weather disruptions
• Carrier interruptions
• High shipping volumes
• Incorrect addresses entered at checkout
ADDRESS RESPONSIBILITY
Customers are solely responsible for entering the correct shipping address.
We are not liable for packages delivered to incorrectly entered addresses.
Returned packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses will require additional reshipping fees.
Address changes cannot be guaranteed after checkout.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Once your order has been transferred to the carrier, liability transfers to the shipping provider.
Lavesti does not issue refunds or replacements for packages marked as delivered.
If your package shows delivered but cannot be located:
• Contact the shipping carrier
• Check with neighbors or household members
DAMAGED SHIPMENTS
All damage claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery confirmation.
Email must include:
• Full name
• Order number
• Clear photos of item(s)
• Photos of packaging
Claims submitted after 48 hours will not be honored.
RETURN POLICY
NO REFUNDS
All sales are final. Lavesti does not offer refunds.
Approved returns qualify for exchange only or store credit, at our discretion.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
EXCHANGE REQUIREMENTS
Requests must be submitted within 3 days of delivery.
Items must be:
• Unworn
• Unwashed
• Free of odors, stains, makeup, or deodorant
• In original packaging with tags attached
Lavesti reserves the right to deny any return that does not meet these standards.
If the requested exchange item is unavailable, store credit may be issued.
FINAL SALE
The following are strictly FINAL SALE:
• Lace items
• White or light-colored pieces
• Sale or discounted merchandise
• Worn, altered, or tag-removed items
No exceptions.

Lavesti reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order due to:

• Inventory discrepancies
• Suspected fraud
• Policy abuse
Orders flagged for fraud may require identity or payment verification.
Failure to provide verification will result in cancellation.
Chargebacks or disputes for orders that comply with our policies may result in permanent purchasing restrictions.

All website content, including imagery, branding, and product descriptions, is the intellectual property of Lavesti and may not be copied or distributed without written consent.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Purchases are made at the customer’s own discretion.
Lavesti shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Liability is limited to the amount paid for the purchased product.
